This winter with the restrictions, when I am outside in the landscape and when I go into my studio, I have to be more aware of people and making sure that I wear my mask each time I leave the room, or pass people outside. It’s a huge learning curve but once I’m inside the studio, I can turn my music up and start creating and for a while, I can forget all the stress and anxiety that is around me every day as a carer.
