I had prepared for this performance for over a year and now the time was right. I let Nicky Neate and John Kippen know to meet me at culla bay, with my head dresses and my stuff for the fire. We had planned to start at 3.30 so that we could get the right light at the start and end. First I stood with my new head dress on for a photo but it was too heavy and the picture did not turn out well. Then I put on my other antlers and we started the fire. I got into the zone and completed the performance and they both filmed and took pictires. The performance is called goodbye
